As a Senior Trainer for Brink’s Global Services, I share my 16 plus years of industry experience and knowledge with new employees as they integrate into our organization and acclimate to our winning culture. My past roles in security and cash-in-transit, allowed for interpersonal growth while developing skillsets specific to my industry. My experience has made me cognizant of the role customer facing employees play in promoting our brand and strengthening customer relationships. It’s with this perspective and knowledge that I work in concert with our training department, management team, HR and the compliance team to onboard new hires and continuously train our employees.
