With over 20 years of higher education experience focused on diversity and global engagement, I am a dynamic, innovative, and bilingual leader who creates and sustains inclusive environments for faculty and students. As the Executive Director of International Affairs at Case Western Reserve University, I oversee the strategic development and implementation of programs and initiatives that foster internationalization and intercultural competence across the campus and beyond.My core competencies include program design, diversity, and community relations, as well as international and intercultural learning. I have a Doctor of Education degree in International and Comparative Education from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and I am a recipient of multiple honors, such as the Fulbright International Education Administrator US Scholar Award for Taiwan. I am also a consultant who provides guidance and support to higher education institutions and organizations on best practices and innovative approaches to enhance global and intercultural education. My mission is to promote social justice, equity, and inclusion through transformative learning experiences that prepare faculty and students to thrive in a diverse and interconnected world.
