I’ve extensive experience in facilitating growth, support, and training of industry professionals and sales representatives for success in an innovative atmosphere. Driving sales alongside management while providing continuing education of resources, platforms and industry techniques has been a focal point of providing support as the Sales Enablement Specialist at Eargo. In addition, assisting the growth of an operation from a start-up to a publicly traded company has provided me with a bevy of unique tools in regards to communication and counseling of large teams, both sales and support staff, as well as enforcing and maintaining compliance measures when scaling for expansion and growth.
