I have worked at Saga for over 4 years as a customer advisor selling insurance and negotiating renewal prices. I have worked in the insurance industry for approximately 15 years. I am ambitious, hard-working and eager to learn and progress. I have a full driving licence and own my own vehicle and I have a flexible approach to work. In my current role I create quotes, make changes to clients policies mid term and negotiate renewal prices. I also upsell at all stages of the processes.
