Oversaw certification training of all public safety bomb technicians in the USA for Hazardous Devices School (HDS). Planned, allocated, organized and tracked workflow / logistics for each fiscal year's use of budgetary funds. Guide and coach multidisciplinary team of intelligence analysts, logistics managers, facilities managers, electronics technicians and IT specialists during challenging transition of school control from Department of the Army to the FBI. Led responses to suspected improvised explosive devices (IED). ** As Adjunct Faculty for FBI Training Division, delivered multiple types of training to a mix of state, local and federal law officers and commercial businesses with total student count of well over 3,000. ** Challenged with leading Birmingham Division's prep for mandatory Mall Active Shooter exercise; arranged use of largest shopping mall in Birmingham, led 22 meetings, and coordinated preparation of 13 separate agencies in six weeks to prepare for exercise; 154 individuals successfully participated. ** Honored with Sustained Exceptional Performance award for contributions as Crisis Management Coordinator in preparing division for five-year requirement to participate in a Full Scale Exercise). ** Following two multi-year investigations, disrupted activities of two suspected domestic extremists; obtained and destroyed 62 pounds of explosive precursor chemicals, as well as pipes and fuse. ** Identified and rapidly resolved issue with lack of Command Post support for two large arrest and search warrant operations; contacted Assistant Special Agent in Charge and volunteered to stand up a CP to track situational awareness for both operations. ** Restructured and rewrote Crisis Management Response plan and proved validity of changes made through exercise and operational use of CP on multiple occasions. ** As Special Events Program Coordinator, planned and coordinated FBI support for special events such as the Talladega 500, UA Football Season and annual Civil Rights celebrations.

Served as Special Agent assigned to investigate international and domestic terrorism, environmental crimes, organized crime and drug crimes. Served as Special Agent Bomb Technician (SABT) Program Coordinator responsible for Colorado and Wyoming.
