In this role, I spearheaded the administration program for the Quality Management Systems we utilized to monitor calls. I was the primary subject matter expert for the products I monitored, audited, and oversaw. I lead the vendor provided quality analysts through auditing and performance meetings. I created the onboarding and quality methodology presentations for new hires and the weekly production trackers used by all quality analysts.
