I Started working for Tolmar, a generic pharmeceuticals company, as a temporary employee on the main Maufacturing/Packaging line where i learned about cGMP, SOP's and how to execute a Batch Record. I was then hired on as an Aseptic Technician working in a Hygene Zone 1- Hygene Zone 4. I operated equipment used to fill/stopper syringes, as well as equipment to inspect filled syringes for defects and label them for further packaging. I operated a Surface Air Sampling(SAS) equipment to obtain air samples to be tested by Microbiology. I operated an Autoclave and a Depyrogenation oven. I did this work from 05/2011 to 08/2015. In 08/2015 I was promoted to QA Associate. Where I learned to inspect Raw Materials, Components, Labeling and Finished Product. I also performed Line Clearance and First articles for the Manufacturing Department. I was promoted to QA Associate II. My skills include: using Microsoft Word, Excel and Acess, Using Calibrated measuring devices( Calipers, Scales,Micrometers, Rulers), Performing operations in a powder weighing hood and a laminar flow hood, creating Exceptions in an electronic Document Control Application, Editing and creating new procedures in an electronic Document Control Application, Reviewing documentation for accuracy and clarity, making inventory adjustments in an electronic Inventory Control system and operating an SAS and Lasair III to perform weekly and monthly testing for our sampling rooms. I am now a Stability Associate for Tolmar inc. I was recently promoted to Stability Associate II.
