I maintain and support our EFI Pace MIS, and write and implement custom reporting through… Show more As Technology Manager for NEC I am responsible for all aspects of our information infrastructure, including individual PC's, VOIP telephony, wired and wireless networks and servers, connectivity to grand-format presses, data backup and storage. I manage support and upkeep of individual Windows and Macintosh systems, including system and software upgrades and license management, connectivity, and backup. I maintain and support our EFI Pace MIS, and write and implement custom reporting through SQL queries and Crystal Reports. I am also responsible for the Digital Storefront module of the EFI Pace MIS, which functions as our online sales channel to franchise customers. When necessary I also consult on technical and IT aspects of new product development and new technology acquisitions.While trained as a Graphic Artist, throughout the life of the company I have held dual responsibility in both the art and technical departments. A steady upward growth pattern has been the driver of my technical skills, while the graphics role has been increasingly shifted to a team of very capable and talented individuals, culminating in my full focus on technology beginning in Spring 2016.
