• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies• Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance • Collect, capturer and compile quarterly TB statistics • Verify monthly HIV statistics• Assists with Clinic daily administration when needed• Checking and ordering of stock for the Cederberg Clinics/bergrivier clinic and MATZIKAMA CLINIC• Arranging and coordinating appointments and transport for patients at the clinic• Sinjani capturing data for the HAST programme(HCT) Provide Support to the supervisor and colleagues• VerifyTB stats and follow up on incorrect stats• Assist the Manager with administrative work, sending emails on HIS and her behalf.• Arrange meetings for our sub-district(vanue,attandence register,agenda,meals and transport • Perform administrative functions pertaining to the TB/HIV/STI Programme in the Cederberg Sub-District( Awareness, Outreaches and Wellness Day• Report problems with the quality of data to clinics or general managers• Ensure that all data is accurate , complete , consistent , evaluated , monitored and provided• Ensure that I meet all deadlines as agreed to the District Office• Telephone answering and receiving / sending faxes / email Assisting Management in all operational activities in certain component/department Functions well under pressure Responsibility towards patients/clients  Strong sense of justice and duty Computer literate: MS Word, MS Office PowerPoint, MS Excel, E-mail, Internet Explorer (GroupWise),(Outlook)  Knowledge of Batho Pele principles Able to communicate at all levels, a good public speaker with the ability to engage small and large audiences effectively. Able to function as part of a multi-disciplinary team
