Involved from the beginning by advised clients of applicable analytical services and assisted with the project plan creation, costing of the projects and the supervision of this through the life cycle of the analytical project program. Served as a liaison for client correspondence and an internal contact for guidance and information.Consistently monitored, met, and/or exceeded financial targets with in laboratory.Deployed and training of personnel in Laboratory Information System in current location. Successfully implemented, developed and trained in bar coding inventory system across the current location.Constantly enforcing the vision of management into the goals for laboratory staff to ensure the production and profitability. Also reviewing the revenue and expenses to ensure the effectiveness of the laboratory.
