In most cases you have to have some sort of professional back ground to be heard, in which is very understandable because there is unspoken knowledge through experience. Experience is gained in many aspects of life, I think I have been given the right concoction of learning from great coaching, playing a high level of sport starting at a very young age, and beginning to coach at a young age, and lastly having the advantage of coaching under privileged youths and on the opposite end of the spectrum well off youths. Being able to be being able to coach for over ten yeas being only 27 I have a vast amount of knowledge, yet the hunger, drive, passion and energy. I would consider myself an intellectual, having a 135 IQ, I am able to conceptualize most any situation and think critically when handling pressure situations. Learns concepts fast, able to implement plans into action. Very charismatic personality, get along with any one, I am a leader that knows when to lead and when to listen and learn. I am looking for a challenge and a career I can use my learned and acquired skills, helping and continuing to learn and enhance the skills I already possess from professionals in the business world!
