I manage six landscape construction install crews along with a delivery truck drivers schedule. I work with house line builders and large construction builders ex. Bozzuto Construction, Wohlsen Construction, I.M.C Construction are a few commercial builders I have worked with for landscape installations. I manage construction install projects from start to end. This includes organizing, scheduling and executing successful deliveries of material and machinery to the site on-time with project schedules and on budget. In this position communication is KEY I am in contact daily with multiple site supervisors to check up coming schedules and relay my schedule plan for site installs. I manage my current truck fleet of about 22 trucks this includes routine maintenance, repairs, and the safety of the trucks according to DOT regulations. Along with the fleet I manage the up keep and regular performance maintenance of 6 Skid loaders and 1 Mini Ex. I am also my companies current Snow Operations leader during the winter months in PA. This entails prepping all the truck fleet for winter months with plows, salt spreaders, and skid loader so they are all in good operation for any snow event. I manage the set up of equipment on snow contracted sites, along with contacting labor for successful clean up of snow. This role is very difficult because how the snow is unpredictable so we have to be ready at any point. I manage/supervise the Go-ahead operation of how to attack the snow event by calling for salting, or dropping truck plows based off of the contracts our company has.
