About Christopher Solek

With a wide range of international experience, Christopher Solek brings architecture and interior design together in large and small projects.After working in top Sydney design firms, Christopher moved to New York, beginning his time in the USA as lead designer for the high-profile redevelopment of the iconic TWA Hotel. Influenced by the legendary Eero Saarinen and other international modernists, Christopher delivered his modernism style across the hotel interiors, furniture, and fixtures.Since then, Christopher has worked on more prestigious projects across the United States, Mexico, and Sydney Harbour. He has also designed ultra-modern homes in the Hudson Valley and Australia.In 2022 he's launched the Getaway Abode collection – a series of compact, modern weekenders (or homes) to build anywhere.USA Permanent Resident.
