Started uDesign in 2014 for the manufacturing and customization of retail pet products for e-commerce sales. Business has grown to >30,000 customers on an annual basis across several platforms.

Led the Grand Opening of two new stores, both ranked inside the top 5 in company history for a new store. Duties included overseeing store operations, including managing the stock room, transfers, deliveries, online ordering, as well as all store projects such as resets. Stores have led the district in customer satisfaction scores several months. My sales teams have led the district each month in overall sales and additional sales metrics. My team of over 50 associates has been recognition on a routine basis for leading customer satisfaction scores, and I have hired and mentored several associates during this time who have been promoted to leadership positions and continue to excel within the company. I have been asked to permanently float the district to help improve operational functionality for new and struggling stores. Additionally, I oversaw asset protection operations, overseeing the lowest shrink percentage for a new store.

Duties included creating my own business through growing a team to acquire and follow up with leads. My team consistently led the region in sales compared to budget and yearly projections. I was in charge of growing sales numbers and maintaining customer satisfaction grades, as well as mentoring and teaching new sales managers on how to grow and sustain a business, train new sales representatives, and create a positive work culture. I consistently produced Top-5 sales numbers within the company. Lastly, my club received the award for largest J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Growth.
