Designed a C# program to control 5 axis mills for cutting invisible dental aligners off 3d printed molds.Played a key role in developing the kinematics solution dynamically generating a cutfile for every separate aligner as they are all unique.Designed a C# tag server using Ingear Logix.NET drivers to supply data from Allen Bradley PLC’s to HTTP based MES systems.Ran studies using industrial lasers and scanning microscopes to determine the optimal feeds and speeds for etching labels on the highly irregular surface of dental aligners.Maintained and updated all software and hardware I developed over its lifespan in the plant automation.Developed many other C# .NET programs as my primary role. Pharmaceutical Systems Integration. Developing programs for HMI control of pharmacy automated vial filling and routing throughout the plant, dispenser replenishment, inventory maintenance, manifesting and shipping. Also solely developed a PCL6 decompiler and recompiler to allow dynamic barcode insertion on pages sent to high volume printers for verification.

HMI/Controls Development. Created HMI's for various processes at US Tobacco using C# and Kepware for communication to PLC's. Created HMI's and control objects for a new Yoplait Yogurt line using Archestra and Wonderware.

Developing and updating C++, Python, and Java applications for use in the cinema industry. Inventory maintenance, showing price and scheduling applications, ticketing applications, reporting. Solely created a new theater chain global cloud reporting framework using Java servlets on Tomcat Servers on Amazon AWS.

Build company software from ground up. Software applications I made include inventory, part specifications, invoicing, purchasing, quoting, cross referencing, shipping logistics, advanced encryption and security, employee and time management, and others.

Building software and electronics controllers based on the Arduino platform and Java software to control professional fireworks shows safely. Have provided support ever since the programs launch.
