Previous project themes include event management, innovation process management, national and world-wide research and market feasibility studies.I have completed two consultancy projects for the Alchemy Exchange which include;Swann Morton project (October 2010 - December 2010; March 2011 - May 2011)•Market entry and feasibility study of the USA market specialist surgical equipment.•Produced written report and power point presentation, delivered to CEO of company.•Report included; Macro Environment audit, competitor analysis, evaluation of alternative distribution networks and identification of factors in the environment that would drive long term demand.•Worked in conjunction with team of MBA students completing Global feasibility study.School Food Trust project (October 2011 – Febuary 2012)•Initial market analysis and segmentation of the US market with a view to identifying potential routes to market and areas of segmentation.•Identification of key data streams to inform the marketing strategy of the School Food Trust in the US.•Managed team of MBA students who provided secondary research for report.•Primary research required dialogue with US government officials and Non-Government organisations.
