As Vice President of Sales and Strategic planning, I held the responsibility of developing the annual business and strategic plans for the company with the owners, monitor, streamlining a new sales program in 33 offices while administering auditing and analysis of sales policies and cycles, operational procedures, and individual locations and regional strategic plans. Successfully sold the company to a private equity firm alongside three other key executives.Key Accomplishments: ⇨Implemented a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) program into each office and corrective action plans (CAP) when needed; the action plans formulated recommendations through subjective and objective trend analysis to optimize current and future business. ►Accountable for P&L of 33 locations, and mentoring operation managers on P&L Management. ►Manage $210 million in Revenue/sales and train Sales teams. ►Extensive experience in Power Generation, Waste to Energy Refinery/Ptrochem, Paper & Pulp, Steel mills, Mining, and chemical processing en markets. ►Researched and developed a CRM software application to aid the sales group – acquired new and historical data that helped to manage corporate resources more efficiently. ►Developed a Root-cause analysis (RCA) guideline for critical projects and constructed all corporate sales, project management, and operational initiatives. Direct the hiring, training, and evaluation processes of sales personnel. ►After the utilization of the new strategic sales process in January 2004, sales grew from $18MM to $86MM by January 2016; corporate power generation and waste-to-energy revenue increased by 87%. ►Opened 11 new offices and oversaw six acquisitions from 2005 to 2016; developed a continuous improvement program and generated more than 25 corporate contracts.
