Lead initiatives from strategy, feasibility, and concept development through testing, execution, and closure using formalized initiative management approach.Provide expertise on movement of products, information, and funds across extended L Brands supply chain, working with functions that include sourcing, production, logistics, product development, product design, merchandise planning/allocation, merchandising, IT, quality, regulatory, and others. Partner with leaders to innovate, develop, and promote Mast Global strategy and integrate into daily operations. Utilize knowledge of supply chain and enterprise technology, while embedding best practices into daily operations and driving results. Partner with business units and L Brands IT organization to create functional specifications for technology implementation. Identify initiative costs, quantify benefits, and develop business cases. Ensure statement of work definition and budget alignment.
