Christopher Armand began his career as a graduate of State College of Beauty in 1992 andwent on to train as an educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems. As a member of PaulMitchell’s elite education team, Christopher has worked with some of the world's top hairfashion designers, including Robert Cromeans, Scott Cole and Linda Yodice, StephanieKocielski, Angus Mitchell, Lucie Doughty, and Takashi.In 1995 Christopher opened Cheveux Salon which quickly became one of Ann Arbor most sought out premier salons. Eight years later Christopher expanded his brand by opening none other than Christopher Armand Salon in Ann Arbor’s trendy downtown.In his position as National Educator and platform artist, Christopher travels throughout the Mid-West educating from the stage to behind the chair the latest haircutting, coloring and styling techniques.In 2008, Christopher became the Artistic Director for Salon Rushelle, where his clients and co-workers have had the chance to learn from one of the most creative and invigorating educators in the industry. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Christopher has earned a reputation forimpeccable artistry and versatility. With clients ranging from all ages, Christopher's warmth and ingenuous nature make him a life-long friend amongst his clientele.
