Used automated telephone system and computer programs to make and receive calls from new and current Snap! Finance customers regarding their lease accounts. This was to answer questions and resolve problems with billing and return or cancelations of leases. I also welcomed new customers to SNAP! Finance and set expectations of how customer leases worked.

Member Financial Services for USAA members, Military Personnel, and families. I assisted active duty and retired military and government personnel and their families with applying for auto and personal loans to meet their financial goals or needs. I also set the expectations on how the loan will be funded. I also help steer members toward other beneficial products that will add them in meeting their financial goals.
