Responsible for maintaining food safety and quality assurance with both direct customers and co-pack customers. Implemented SQF system at Mayer Bros. Somerset facility, and responsible for maintenance of SQF system and all document control systems, in place now for 3 certifications. Developed and wrote procedures for all operations, sanitation, quality assurance, and maintenance activities and positional work instructions for every aspect of the operation. Responsible for supplier approval program, and maintaining records of requisite documents.
