I started working as a YouTube Creator back in November of 2013 and I was initially just learning what it meant to be a creator of this sort. With YouTube, it is a very broad spectrum on what it means, person to person, but for me, I have used acquired skills in audio technology to properly mix with video and visual effects. The editing programs I have used range from a simple VFX software to a program I use more commonly now called Wondershare Filmora to edit my videos. I have also done the trial version and loved it of Adobe Premier. On the other side, I have learned how to network, build a brand, and also I have worked at my speech and communication skills through this work, even if a lot of the videos I produce for not one, but now two channels are one sided. As far as the actual content is concerned, I have played video games and recorded them on my channel with the handle name of General Speer, a name inspired by a game series I began years ago and the second, General Speer Creates, is a channel dedicated to doing my artwork and showcasing what I can do. Drawing both with pencils, pens and markers and then also drawing in programs such as Adobe Photoshop. I also am a cosplay artist and I have a few builds in the works that are detailed on my channel.

My work at the Giants Dugout involves several aspects of Retail service. It involves familiarity of the product and making sure the the products, especially popular items are stocked and restocked and with that to make sure the store looks visually neat and pleasing. Cleanliness is also important and it is a task to make sure mirrors, windows, floors and all surfaces are dusted, swept, and if needed, mopped to ensure a quality sight. But additionally, the job involves customer service, being about to assist with products and product knowledge, occasionally bringing out or down and item from the back or out of reach, and even talking baseball with the customers, keeping up with sporting events, ect.

As a conceptual artist, my job was to take the ideas and thoughts or scripts of my co-workers or boss and to bring those ideas to life. Often, I would start with simple pencil and paper making quick thumbnail sketches to get the overall ideas for each character, depicting height, gender, age, and race. That would be first and then things like clothing or armor, props such as weapons or gadgets would come next. I treated environments and settlements in the same approach. One this was done, I would take those concepts and do some polished designs in Adobe Photoshop to then pass on to the next team for development. This was all remote work so regular meetings were a must to make sure we were all on task.
