I am a dedicated mechanical engineering undergraduate student at University of the Pacific who prides himself in the application of fundamental engineering principles and interpersonal skills to solve pressing problems.I am very passionate about additive manufacturing. Not only is it a huge hobby of mine and related to many of my experiences, but I find the future applications of this technology to be exciting.Through my personal projects, undergraduate research, and employment opportunities, I have been able to develop my skills in the following areas:· Prototyping and design work in SOLIDWORKS · Writing mathematical models and numerical methods in MATLAB and Mathematica· Applying principles of engineering mechanics to analyze complex systems · Component manufacturing using SLA and FDM 3D printers· Developing G-code toolpaths and slicer profiles for FDM 3D printers· Presentation, explanation, and collaboration experience with colleagues in and out of my field· Managing projects by managing timelines, setting goals, securing resources, clearly communicating with and motivating team membersI am a firm believer in lifelong learning and the routinely breaking my comfort zone. I am eager to learn new skills, meet new people, and challenge my own understanding with the goal of producing the highest quality work.
