My passion for writing began in 2019 after I finished playing football. I have experience as a Sports Editor for the University of San Diego newspaper "USDVista," as well as contributing for a local San Diego website called East Village Times. I started working for ClutchPoints near the end of summer in 2021. I first started to contribute for EVT when I found in interest in writing for the Padres and all other San Diego sports organizations. I have articles related to the Padres team, players, and possible organizational scenarios. Some of my articles have appeared on Bleacher Report as many EVT articles do. I covered the San Diego Loyal Soccer Club and was credentialed by the team to attend the games in person, where I wrote recaps and interviewed players and coaches (Landon Donovan/Nate Miller). Now that the Loyal are gone, I still contribute to the soccer department for EVT where I help edit articles. I also provide content ideas and help offer feedback to other EVT contributors. I now cover San Diego State basketball. I began this journey before last season and covered the team for the entire season all the way to Boston for the Sweet 16. I traveled to Orange County for the SoCal Showcase, Las Vegas for the Mountain West Tournament, Spokane for the Round of 64 and 32, and then Boston for the Sweet 16 where I was credentialed for each event. I am credentialed by the SDSU basketball team where I sit court-side during games. I have written games recaps, breaking news pieces, player introduction articles, in-depth articles on players, as well as other related articles. I work full time as a Senior Editor for ClutchPoints and have for over 3.5 years now. I control the Betting page where I write, edit, and assign sports odds posts content as well as betting news. FanDuel is the odds provider for ClutchPoints and we use their odds accordingly. I have written editorials, newsers, odds posts, and other type of sports betting related content for CP. CP has displayed NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLB, College Basketball, College Football, College Baseball, NHL, MMA, Boxing, Golf, NASCAR, and other sports related odds posts content.I have skills in interviewing athletes and coaches and have experience covering two difference sports teams in San Diego.
