Includes tech leadership of team of 100 engineers and support personnel, management of cost and schedule, leading all systems engineering efforts, use of EV system, milestone tracking through IMS, and interfacing and developing plans with program partners and customers. Also managed 20 subcontracts valued at $75M, with 6 from European vendors. Direct interface lead to European Launch Vehicle vendor.Director, SC Technology Development, managed all IRAD and CRAD activities, with IRAD budget of $11.5M, and CRADs value of $69.6M.
