This included relocating numerous times to work directly with the acquired organizations to drive process standardization and identify opportunities for profitability improvement. Additionally, I also served as the GP Strategies integration lead when GP was the acquisition target for LTG.Other transformation activities included consolidating and centralization of GP’s G&A activities, creating a common vendor management process and team and creation of a multimedia center of excellence. The team consisted of over 1000 employees with offices in the US, Canada, LATAM, EMEA and APAC. The organization consisted of a Training Content Development Team (likely the largest in the world at the time), a Human Capital Technologies Integration Team, a Leadership Development Team, and a Change Management/Business Transformation Team.Senior Vice President - Sales EnablementIn this role, I directed the company's teams to create product training and sales enablement platforms for customers such as Nike, Microsoft, Sony, General Motors and many others. Vice President - Enterprise Technology SolutionsIIn this role, I had responsibility for our Enterprise Technology Solutions organization that provides consulting services on a variety of ERP and human capital management systems, learning management systems, learning content management systems, social learning and other emerging technologies.

During the initial stages of my career with GP (General Physics at the time), I focused on leading our energy business, which provided training services to fossil fueled power stations. I was the co-creator of the GPiLearn portal that offers over 1,400 web-based training courses and is still used by hundreds of power facilities across the globe. One of my greatest accomplishments was to convert the GP Energy Group from a solely services-based entity to an organization that provides a portfolio of products and services to help GP’s customers create blended learning solutions that support their organizational goals.

The Ulman Foundation is a leading voice in the young adult cancer movement and works at a grassroots level to support, educate, connect, and empower young adult cancer survivors. Since its inception in 1997, the Foundation has been working tirelessly at both the community level and with national partners to raise awareness of the young adult cancer issue, and to ensure all young adults and families impacted by cancer have a voice and the resources necessary to thrive. The work is guided by the mission, vision, values and the priorities and goals set forth within our strategic plan as outlined below:Mission - We change lives by creating a community of support for young adults, and their loved ones, as they fight cancer and embrace survivorship.Vision - We envision a world in which all young adults affected by cancer will have access to the resources necessary to thrive.I served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and as a result had extensive oversight for the foundation's budget and operational success.
