Responsible for working with Maintenance Team to make sure all Preventive Maintenance(PM) programs are being followed. Work with Production Scheduling and Maintenance Planners to set PM windows for Production Assets. Work with Contractors and set up new projects to handle any safety issues or improve reliability of Production assets. Set up trainings and shift schedules for new and existing Maintenance associates. Provide after hour assistance for any emergency or break down issues on Plant assets. Closely work with all Maintenance associates to make sure all Corrective Work Requests are being scheduled and completed in a timely manner.

Responsible for all areas on New Filler line coming into Plant-Serac Filler. Work with Corporate Engineer, Project Engineers, Contractors, and Hourly Associates to set up area and install new Filler. Work closely with Quality Department to set up qualifications and trials to validate new filling line. Also responsible for Aseptic Pouch Filling Machine. Work with Vendors to increase reliability and set up product trials for Aseptic Filler.

Responsible for all Production Areas in Bottle and Aseptic Filler area. Also responsible for Processing Area or Control Room. Work closely with all hourly associates to create production plans and execute these plans to meet set Plant Production goals.

Responsible for Shift Operation of the Palletizing Department. Work with Production Foreman and Cold Storage Foreman to coordinate Receiving and Packaging of all products produced on Shift. Supervise three hourly associates in operation of, cleaning of, PM's on, all Alvey Palletizers in Department.

Daily operation of an Aseptic Filler. Cleaning of Filler and Keeping Aseptic Documentation of all product ran on Filler. Also part of Job Responsibility was rotating to Blow molding Machine to make bottles used on the Aseptic Filler. Responsible for set up, PM's, and operation of the Blow Mold machine and Filler.

Continue to manage Warehouse for Company. Responsible for coordinating Uniform material sales orders and setting up production process for Dyeing and finishing the material. Responsible for the daily operations of the Wet Finish department at the Dyeing Plant for Stillwater. Coordinating material and sales orders from start to final finish and shipment.

Manage Textile Warehouse and supervise Monthly inventories, cloth shipments, and run a Retail Outlet open to public. In charge of daily shipments of inventory to 2 other Stillwater plants and to customers.

Manage set caseload of inmates inside institiution. Set treatment goals and track goals for inmates on caseload. Conduct monthly meetings, yearly evaluations, and create yearly Parole suitability reports on inmate caseload. Conduct Treatment programs and do Institutional Orientation for all new arrivals to institution.

Provide security for inmates and employees of Department of Corrections. Supervise inmates in daily activities, conduct Floor inspections and head counts of all inmates in area of supervision. Provide Security escort to inmates to Medical or Legal appointments.
