These cases have either complex subject matter, are highly sensitive (institutional risk, media attention, individual safety etc) or may result in significant discipline up to and including termination.• Designed and implemented a streamlined investigation process. Reduced the average investigation time from 87.6 days to 9.5 days. • In order to focus on continual improvement, developed a client satisfaction survey regarding their experience with HR.• Implemented a bi-weekly drop-in training for all HR Services employees (Partners, Advisors, Coordinators).
