Attention to each was determined reactively by production needs and HOT escalation processes. Then proactively by pareto analysis of incoming quality: defect frequency, severity through Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).- Generated new part information and maintained old part information within the site’s ERP system. Information includes but is not limited to inspection requirements, setting moisture sensitivity levels, and identifying which parts have expiration date falling under First-in-First-Out (FIFO) requirements. This amounted to 35,000 customer commodities and 60,000 supplier commodities with an average of 100 changes or new part additions per week.
