 Responsible for coordinating and managing teams of engineers, skilled trades, suppliers and customers to develop, design, build and install complete CNC metal cutting systems. Systems capable of machining drive train components predominately used in the automotive, construction and mining industries. Developed, maintained and manage schedules, budgets, open issues and change requests. Working with APQP Project Manager / Installation / Launch manager Ford 6F transmission program in Irapuato Mexico. Instrumental in the successful completion of the program, meeting timing, budget and quality requirements. Extensive foreign travel required. Current projects include CNC aluminum high speed machining systems utilizing MQL technology for the Ford 6F transmission Case, Converter and Valve body. AAM Cast Iron Differential cases, Detroit Diesel 13L and 15L engine blocks. Project Manager / Installation / Launch manager for the Caterpillar CNC metal cutting systems installed at the Schertz, Texas facility. Programs consisted of C15L Cylinder Head, 13L Cylinder Head and the V12 Engine Block systems. Management of all Heller personnel, contractors and suppliers related to the system installation and integration. Successfully installed, commissioned and launched (3) metal cutting systems. Project Manager / Installation manager for the CNC 15L engine block expansion at the Caterpillar San Antonio facility.

 Responsible for all project related mechanical engineering. Management of internal and external engineering teams. Coordinate efforts of other departments / disciplines to maintain effective control of the project. Develop and sustain schedules and budgets. Provide engineering support during machine assembly, de-bug, run-off and installation. Past Project experience included metal cutting machines for the production of Ford 3.5L (Cyclone) Aluminum Cylinder Block, Ford 3.0L (Duratek) Aluminum Cylinder Block, Cast Iron Engine blocks, Cylinder Heads, Crankshafts and other power-train components. Accomplishments include being a team member of Cross Hüller GTL (Global Transfer Line) development team. Instrumental in the development of modular transfer machines. Team consisted of members from Germany, England and USA. Required extensive foreign travel.
