The project examined money management among low to mid wage individuals working for an international fast food chain with the aim of identifying financial management strategies and unmet financial service needs. As a contracted researcher on the project, I was responsible for conducting semi-structured interviews, overseeing participants' financial diary-keeping, managing data sheets, created summary profiles and sharing case studies with the research team and other departments (working most closely with the design and financial wellness departments).
