During my time at Alerding Castor I was a trial and appellate attorney representing business owners. a general litigator, but have developed an experience focus in issues concerning toxic torts, electronic discovery, internet law, and general business litigation disputes.

During my time at Ice Miller, I worked as a contract counsel in the area of toxic tort defense, specifically asbestos and silica defense for corporate clients. This position allowed me the opportunity to handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings drafting, motions practice, depositions, hearings practice, jury trials, and appellate work. During this time, I also oversaw a large e-discovery production for our client.

At Hannon Hutton, I represented businesses and individuals at the trial and appellate level in the areas of toxic torts, torts, insurance defense, wrongful death, negligence, workplace injury, and other areas of law. This exposed me to all levels of the litigation process with a focus on pleadings and motion practice, depositions, trials and appeals. I also developed and oversaw a large electronic discovery production for a Fortune 500 company.

I worked as a deputy attorney general in the appellate section of the Attorney General's Office and was responsible for handling appellate matters from state agencies throughout the state of Indiana. I researched and wrote over 350 briefs during my time with the State, as well as arguing before the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Indiana Supreme Court.
