Job Responsibilities To Manage & Oversee all Administrative Internal OperationsSPOC For Providing Administration Related Information, To verify Administrative Activities Housekeeping, Security, Petty Cash, Stationery Stock, Courier, Pest Control, florist etc.Documentation, data base update, for ISO Internal & external Audits Ensure high level security of office assets, Preventative maintenance of all equipment. ensure all equipment’s are covered, under AMC & Warranty , ensure all contracts are renewed accordingly Administrative support to other Regional office (Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai)Manage & maintain the standard safety operating procedures for the facility ensure compliance with safety regulations Travel Desk Management Domestic & OverseasMonthly provision , Annual Budgeting, Petty Cash ManagementPurchase Process, vendor finalization, approval, Negotiation, data base as per ISO Standards , Documentation, comparative of cost , service to achieve maximum value for money without hampering quality Managing Maintenance, Repair & Replacement Of Office Equipment’s, Appliances, Furniture, Furnishings, Vehicles, Building, Etc.,Event Management, Meeting arrangements (meeting room ,con call, Conference Bridge, booking, ensure Stationery, meeting material food & beverages are arranged accordingly)Allocation and utilization of space in the premisesDaily inspection of Meeting Rooms, Cabins , Workstations, Pantry, Server Room, UPS Room, Rest Room , Canteen, DG etc.Ensure & check on weekly deep cleaning activityKeeping record of ongoing & forthcoming spares/materials electrical, housekeeping, pantry etc. with track record of stock and consumption.Verification of vendor bills ensure approvals , processing for payments to accountsManaging seating records, Floor plan , coordinating on seating arrangements, Telephone Extension, Access card, Stationery to Employees Support for IT in data center
