Working alongside a number of Korean counterparts, my remit was to plan and deliver English lessons as part of the South Korean public schools curriculum. Organization and implementation of the store's automated staff scheduling system to provide flexible staff rota's in accordance with fluctuating sales patterns and demands. In this role I:- Sought out and organized my own training on Kronos HRIS at IKEA HQ in London with the UK Specialist- Managed the Change process with line managers and staff from manual rota's right through to automation- Made my working patterns more flexible so I could come into contact with staff members on varying contracts so I could make the process transparent and accountable- Planning staff rota's in accordance with historical sales and weather data from previous years- Taking into account the negative impact of sporting events in the City
