As Project Manager I am responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the technical aspects of a project. While also giving the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and remain calm under pressure.

Started business with my brother as a summer job. We started out with 2 yards and by hard work and showing what we could do it blew up to 10 yards in just 2 months. We kept those yards for the following years.

As Lead Technician I was responsible for providing technical support and assistance to computer users. I was the first point of contact for users experiencing problems with their computers or other technical equipment, and worked to diagnose and resolve these issues in a timely manner.Some specific responsibilities as Lead Technician include:- Responding to user inquiries and requests for assistance via phone, email, or in person.- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including diagnosing and repairing problems with computers, printers, and other equipment.- Configuring and installing new hardware and software, including operating systems and applications.- Providing training and assistance to users on how to use new or existing hardware and software.- Maintaining inventory and tracking equipment, including ordering and replacing parts as needed.- Documenting and tracking user issues and resolutions in a database or ticketing system.My strong problem-solving, customer service skills, as well as a good understanding of technical concepts and hardware/software systems. As parts sales specialist I am responsible for helping customers find the automotive parts and accessories that they need. I worked in AutoZone stores while having a strong knowledge of the company's products and the automotive industry in general.Some specific responsibilities as parts sales specialist include:- Assisting customers in finding the parts and accessories that they need, either by looking up products in a database or by physically locating them in the store.- Providing customers with product information, including features and benefits, and making recommendations based on their needs.- Processing sales transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments.- Maintaining inventory levels and restocking shelves as needed.- Assisting with the organization and cleanliness of the store.- Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Being a parts sales specialist at AutoZone I developed a strong understanding of automotive parts and systems, as well as excellent customer service skills. While also be able to multitask and prioritize my workload effectively.
