Royal Commission, RG97 and RG 271). ● Escalation point for all areas of the business, to assist in making the right decisions, especially on tax reporting or client complaints.● Incident Management, including rectification, remediation, and communication. Key Achievements● In 2021, post Wrap Migration to Panorama, more EOFY financial and Tax statements (350,000+) were delivered across IDPS and Super clients than ever before, with more quality and speed than any prior year. ● Resolving a major incident that impacted over 1000 clients to the sum of circa $ 8million in only a few weeks. This resulted in an award for those who supported the rectification.
