Michigan Tech Aerospace Enterprise is currently developing two student-built nanosatellites: Stratus and Auris. A previously developed nanosat, Oculus, will be launching on Spacex's second Falcon Heavy late Spring 2019.

I managed a group of 19 young adults daily. I mentored the garage every morning with material based on Sean Covey’s book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, before assigning and managing their work for the day. I organized mentoring events such as success coach speakers and college visits. I set several new standards of high-level operation within the program and guided my team to win a region-wide civil engineering project competition. As the facilitator, I procured a partnership with the City of Hillsdale and several Michigan Rest Areas and Welcome Centers.

I managed and mentored my 4-member team on a daily basis and drove us to work sites. I was distinguished as the Team Leader of the Year.

I was a member of a 3 person team in which we participated in mentoring events and performed manual labor involving city partnerships.
