- Handled up to 10 projects at a time for clients such as Google, Fox News and WeWork. Timespan of projects varied from 1 week to 3 months and estimated cost from $500 to $100,000 and up. - Conducted daily meetings with team members and managers in order to discuss production status on all live projects. This involved using Asana to implement a timeline for: estimating, prototyping, receival and production of art files, delivery and installation date. - Acted as a liaison between client and installer to achieve the overall vision of a project and to ensure that future projects would be awarded to the company.- Followed up after job completion to ensure customer satisfaction and also moved the job along to billing department. - Helped to bring in new business through meetings with potential clients and assessing their needs and projects ideas.

- Worked with Sales Representative and Production Warehouse to ensure that everyone was clear on materials and expectations for a project. - Oversaw production on projects for clients that included: Lord & Taylor, Armani Exchange, Paul Smith, Opening Ceremony and Cartier. The projects varied from a few days to 3 or 4 months and estimated anywhere from $1,000 to $200,00 and up. WIth a global brand such as Armani Exchange, up to 110 locations were managed at one time. - Worked with a 3D creative team to engineer specialized retail graphics. This included: artwork design, material advisement for client, and assembly instructions.- Followed up with clients by providing tracking information (spreadsheets for larger projects) and proof of delivery.

- Operated an in house photo studio that output stock photos of fragrance bottles, consumer goods, cosmetics and handbags. Clients included: Calvin Klein, Coca Cola, Crumbs and Kiehl's. With projects such as: a Kiehls web project (300+ shots), Coca Cola brand products (200+ shots) and a Crumbs shoot with real baked goods (100+ shots).- Processed, labeled and uploaded RAW photography through Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.- Shot on site photography for graphic installs including: The Barclays Center, Madison Square Garden, Armani Exchange and Kiehl's.
