Chris graduated from Penn State University in May 2021 with a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. Chris has always enjoyed the mysteries of everyday items from the mechanics to the hidden algorithms of software. Chris always has an open mind and is looking for new skills to pick up.Chris has experience working in a small team that interacted with clients to develop and produce low-cost wearable sensors that determine orientation of the upper body. This involved market research, analysis of the customer needs, business requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.Chris enjoys modeling and using Finite Element Analysis to analyze structures and components. In his junior year at Penn State, Chris created a 3D transient FEM simulation of a modular satellite orbiting the earth. His senior year he also created a flight plan to Venus that used a custom rocket design to complete the mission.When not in school, Chris enjoys playing disc golf with friends, hiking, and reading.
