Much of my work has been in highly matrixed organizations in both mental and physical healthcare. I am dedicated to problem solving, root cause analysis, cross functional team development, coaching/mentoring and lean quality process improvement. I specialize in leveraging existing and building new data interfaces for projects that are streamlined and are effective for an organization. I enjoy developing plans, programs and training tools to lead change with teams. Passionate about leveraging skills to enable the organization achieve success.My experience includes HEDIS, Medicare Star Ratings, Risk Adjustment accuracy, Value Based Contracts, Population Health metric interventions and increased performance in all the above areas. While working in this space we maintained an average Start Score rating of 4.4 across our contracts. This work also extended into Community Needs Assessments, Assessment of Social Determinants of Health, Mobile Clinic operations, Language Services and integrating Behavioral Health into the primary care setting.
