Provide technical support of products and services for new and existing customers that use Charter’s Video, Internet, and Voice over IP platforms.Receive customer Inbound calls, listen to customer issues, determine a resolution for the customer in a timely manner thru troubleshooting and fault isolation.Help customers with new or upgrading equipment /services with Video, Internet, and Voice over IP platforms.Process billing payments, discuss and answer billing questions for customersEscalate customer’s issues as required by company policies or by customer request, engaging management for resolution.Schedule or cancel technician dispatches for repair or installation of customer services and provide additional dispatch appointment information to the customer.
