This involved supervising the receiving and processing of orders, following through to the delivery and collecting feedback. It has given me an insight into how “big business” is conducted having worked with both domestic and international customers.• Aside from my role with customers I produced daily profit reports for 3 of the inland depots (Reading, Milton Keynes and Northampton); this has helped to put into practice the numerical skills gained whilst at university.
