I also created simulations for use in new hire and skill enhance training, created digital training for our clients, and built learning content for use in the classroom.In addition to my duties as an instructional designer, I ran our instructional design team from May 2017 to August 2018. In this role, I have taken point in both coordinating our projects and managing our portfolio intake, while also coaching and developing my team in project management principles. Through this role, I have developed a close relationship with our Project Management Organization (PMO) team and have worked with them to successfully implement several changes to how projects are managed by our line of business. During my time at Fiserv, I also rolled out 2 project management software solutions to my team (HippoHub in 2016, then Clarity in 2018).During my tenure, I have also worked to improve our reporting automation. Most notably I streamlined our data tracking by integrating our performance data with our classroom tracking. This automation saves Fiserv over 200 hours of labor each year and ensures accurate results. I also took point on rolling out SharePoint 2016 to my team and served as our main SharePoint admin.
