I am a leader with extensive eCommerce, Digital Marketing and Commercial experience. I have a proven track record of launching new brand and retailer D2C sites in markets across the world and driving their growth into multi-million pound sales channels. I currently lead a team of 85 people across eCommerce and Digital Marketing. My team run 40+ eCommerce sites for leading Independent and CPG Beauty Brands from Proctor & Gamble, Group L’Occitane, L’Oreal and Walgreens-Boots Alliance.
