Created and direct my own business, Primal Alchemy. The worlds only esoteric human optimisation brand. I create and sell nutritional supplements and clothing. I control the whole operations of the business including; research, sales, marketing, logistics, customer relations, stock management, finances.

Completed a 7 month contract as sports staff onboard Royal Caribbean’s Liberty of the Seas cruise ship, tasks involved supervising the sports deck on the ship, leading sporting tournaments to the guests, working closely with the cruise director to fulfil and deliver the entertainment programme to guests on board.

Volunteered as a physiotherapy assistant at Chitwan Medical College, the biggest public hospital in Chitwan, Nepal. For 2 months I shadowed the head physiotherapist and helped with general duties around the ward. As well as the skills learned from the hospital (communication with people who know little to no english, working under pressure and time keeping) I also lived with a host family in a rural part of Nepal, the cultural experience gained from this experience added a lot to my abilities.

Completed a nine month contract onboard the Azamara Journey, a six star luxury vessel, as its only Fitness Director. Roles of responsibility included co-ordinating and instructing all fitness classes, presenting health based seminars to guests and supplying quality personal training sessions when required. Worked closely with the spa manager taking care of administrative tasks and general care and maintenance of the spa and gymnasium.

As part of a sports science internship, I was assigned head nutritional advisor for a UK track and field athlete preparing for the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
