Trilogy At Redmond Ridge

• Responsible for the comprehensive management of maintenance services for a master planned community of 1,522 homes (front yard landscape and irrigation), ~500 acres natural open space, ~350 acres manicured areas: trails, primary forest trees, parks, irrigation systems incl. central control system, right-of-way plantings, storm water facilities, water features, and parking facilities. • Executed accurate budget planning, preparation, and implementation. Developed RFP’s for all major projects, managed routine work and special projects in accordance with state laws, governing documents, and community-wide standards. Developed 5 and 10-year capital improvement plans and reserve study. • Liaison to committees; aligning goals and actions with fiduciary duty and the governing documents. Interfaced daily with community members, staff, and contractors in a professional manner and in accordance with strategic objectives. Composed weekly community newsletter and monthly board report. • Ardently pursued the use of Integrated Pest Management and sustainable landscape practices. Collaborated with SPU on published case study for sustainable lawn care practices.

Orlando, Florida Area
