My passion is to find out what is really going on. I look for new perspectives to take, metrics to study, or questions to answer to find out what the source of an issue is. I have used this analysis technique to enhance model development, improve customer experience, increase operational efficiency and decrease expenses. Currently I am a Sr Engineer leading a team in the cutting edge of AI development to build custom solutions for our business. We are applying ML and generative AI to streamline operations, forecast demand and improve the client experience. Most recently I have implemented LLM as a judge to monitor RAG performance and monitor document health at scale.Past roles have included leading analysis of business process and customer experience with ML, NLP and advanced analytics on text, operational and time series data.
