• Manages all facets of ITC-337 litigations from discovery through trial including preparing trial exhibits, preparing witness statements, trial exhibit lists and creating witness trial binders• Organize and maintains case files and coordinates trial logistics with Legal Practice Assistants and other staff• Coordinates with clients and co-counsel during all phases of discovery up to and through trial• Review and analyze discovery requests and assist lawyers with discovery responses• Retrieves documents from electronic discovery databases, including Relativity, and runs searches
