I grew up in a small rural town in Nebraska. A town I still live in today with my beautiful wife Courtney and our three boys. My wife is a Respiratory Therapist at our local hospital. Over the years, I have witnessed first hand how hard it can be to find a specialized healthcare worker when you need one, especially in rural areas. Most of these facilities are some of the friendliest and best places you could work in, but due to their location they struggle to find the help they need. I believe that every patient deserves the same excellent care, no matter where they live in our country. It's why it's so important to me that we do everything we can to educate and bring awareness to these needs, and team up with amazing healthcare professionals that are willing to make a difference, even though they are sacrificing time away from their family and friends.I currently serve as President at Uniti Med, a healthcare staffing company with a mission to provide staffing services with heart. I have nearly a decade of healthcare staffing experience, advancing from recruiter to client manager to sales manager to director. I am also a Maxwell Leadership certified speaker, teacher, trainer, and coach. It’s my personal mission to help others become the best version of themselves. Since joining Uniti Med in January 2022, our company grew 600% in revenue in the first year, another 30% the following year, and garnered multiple prestigious awards. In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my wife who works as a respiratory therapist, and my three sons who are involved in baseball, basketball, track, and cross country.
