I have extensive domestic and international experience from the oilservice- and oil and gas construction industry and is a highly experienced advisor in relation to the establishment, execution and completion of oil and gas projects and various other complex supply- and construction contracts. Further, I have broad experience with acquisitions, sales and restructuring of large and small businesses. In addition I'm experienced with the establishment and implementation of various corporate governance and anti corruption programs. I have operative and strategic executive management experience from inter alia being an associated member of a multinational Executive Management Team, member of various management boards and committees as well as frequently being exposed to the Board of Directors in a stock listed international operating oil service company with 45 BNOK revenue and a market cap of approximately 25 BNOK.I have over time acted as a trusted strategic and commercial advisor to the executive management and board of directors of various oil service businesses. I have experience with leading diverse teams of professionals to project completion involving complex transactions, policy and program implementations, bids, negotiations, contracts, claims and investigations, professionally and independently, while identifying and resolving risk. Successfully built and managed a global team of 90 legal professionals and contract specialists, winning the award for best general commercial team in the ILO/ACC European Counsel Awards 2013.
